2003 Knoxville Debate
WHO WON? YOU DECIDE!
This debate was the first ever held between a Messianic Rabbi and former
Messianic Rabbi both Jews in front of alive audience, both using the true Name
of Yahweh, one denying the authenticity of the Renewed Covenant, the other
affirming it. The few known past public debates in the modern era have been
mostly between Hebrew Christian scholars or Messianic Jewish leaders versus
traditional unsaved rabbis. Richard Seitzinger of Yeshua Malkenu Beit Midrash in
Santa Fe New Mexico served as moderator for the debate between Rabbi Moshe
Yoseph Koniuchowsky and former Messianic Rabbi Steve Berkson, now a traditional
Jew working to teach other messianics the errors of faith in Yahshua!
Mr. Berkson was challenged publicly much of the time in the actual Hebrew for
his activities which have spread globally because he is a charismatic and
talented young man who is Jewish, and as such has Ephraim once again trapped
falling at the feet of Judah wondering if perhaps Judah may know something that
Ephraim needs to hear that they themselves don't know. This classic exchange
took place at the Knoxville Xtian School Gymnasium on Yom Rishon/Son Day January
12 2003
